We are pleased to announce that we have completed the exterior modernization work in Building B4. The project included modernizing the front elevation and adapting the space to current office and service standards. The front facade was also modernized, opening the building to the atrium and achieving a new functional and aesthetic quality.
The work has significantly improved the comfort and functionality of the building.
At the beginning of May of this year, work began on the renovation and revitalization of building B4 in the Wołowska Park. The project includes modernizing the façade, upgrading internal systems, and adapting the space to current office and service standards.
We also modernized the front façade, opening the building to the atrium and gaining a new functional quality.
The project aims to create a modern, comfortable, and energy-efficient space for future tenants. Not only will the building's interior be transformed, but also its surroundings – we are planning new plantings, lighting, and landscaping.

In Strzegomska Park and Wołowska Park we have finished the free bike service campaign for our Tenants. We are glad that so many of you took the opportunity to prepare your two wheels for spring and summer rides.

In December 2019, we started the construction of the first of six new buildings in the WPB Strzegomska Park.
The new, 6-storey building dedicated to our long-time Tenant - GlobalLogic, will be built using the latest technologies and will be able to boast a BREEAM certificate. On 10 thousand sq m in addition to modular office spaces there will also be a restaurant, space for physical activity, underground parking. A green observation deck and a separate space for bee hives have been designed on the roof of the building. The deadline for commissioning the first module is October 2021. Despite the restrictions caused by the pandemic, construction is carried out on time.

We are pleased to announce that we are starting a new construction project under the name: '' Nowa Strzegomska ''. A new office building will be built in Strzegomska Park by 2023, which means at the first stage of work (until 10.2021) the expansion of Wrocław Business Parks by another 10,000. sq m, and thus increase the number of employees by about 1,000 people.
We are the initiators of the first transaction of this type on the Wrocław office market, where not only we decided first to demolish a part of the existing building complex, but also to build tailor-made office space for GlobalLogic.

In response to the growing market demand, we opened a Small Business Zone in our Business Park at Strzegomska St.
Under the new spaces, the building 4a has been fully adapted (54a Strzegomska St.). For tenants we have prepared office space from 30 to 300 sq m, all with access to kitchen and sanitary facilities, and a conference room.

In February this year, we purchased new defibrillators for Business Parks located at Wołowska and Bierutowska Street. The device is also available in the area of Strzegomska Park, thus all PDB facilities have been equipped with life-saving equipment in the event of a sudden loss of circulation.
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the use of this extremely valuable equipment, although we have great hope that its launching will only take place in a test.
In response to the needs of our tenants and customers, the LuxMed facility located in Wołowska Park has expanded its headquarters by the entire wing on the ground floor of the building 2. It houses an infectious center that operates in the autumn and winter as well as new offices: cardiology and endocrinology. The new facility was opened in December 2018.

We are pleased to announce that our tenant Talex S.A. and the manager of the Wrocław Business Park, the BFF Investments Polska company, as the first companies in Poland, received certificates confirming their compliance with the requirements of the EN 50600 standard for data centers in Poznań and Wrocław.
The award is given to data processing centers with above-average high standards in the field of equipment and infrastructure security. The obtained certificate is the result of an audit carried out by CIS - Certification & Information Security Services GmbH, qualifying them to the highest classes in all categories (availability, physical security, energy efficiency).
The subject of EN 50600 series standards are both general issues regarding risk analysis and the availability of data center infrastructure, as well as detailed industry guidelines for the design of new facilities and assessment of existing infrastructure along with operational management tips.
We are pleased to announce that the Bierutowska Park received the prize in the category "the best modernization of a historical object" in the "Beautiful Wroclaw" competition organized by the Society of the City of Wroclaw and the President of Wroclaw.
The idea of the competition is to reward particularly valuable and creative achievements in the field of architecture. In the current, 28th edition, awards were granted to facilities put into use in 2017.
Bierutowska Park received the prize in the category "the best modernization of a historical object". The awards gala took place on June 22, 2018 at the Wroclaw Museum of Architecture. On behalf of the investor and contractor, the prize was collected by the Investment Director, Tomasz Suchak.

In July this year, the Wroclaw's Business Parks brand underwent rebranding, which one of elements was to introduce new logos for each facility. Simple in form and maintained in a unified color scheme, the graphics refer to the outline of individual office complexes. The change is the result of activities simplifying communication related to individual Parks. It also aims to visually emphasize the individual character of each of the three investments.
