Small Business

In response to the growing needs of the market, we have launched another new Small Business zone in the Wołowska Park. In the first phase of the project, on the first floor of Building B2b (Wołowska Street 18), we have created offices ranging from 30 to 250 m², all with access to kitchen and sanitary facilities, as well as a conference room.

In the second half of 2025, we plan to open another Small Business zone in Building B4, on the 2nd floor (Wołowska Street 8). This part will include small office spaces - from 15 to 50 m², as well as larger ones - up to 150 m².

In addition, we will provide a co-working zone, where we will offer dedicated workstations assigned to one person for the entire duration of the contract, as well as so-called hot desks - flexible desks available in the space on a priority basis.
